Studio gives small teams frame-accurate review, client approvals, and branded portals. Agency adds social posting & scheduling, team and payment analytics, revision caps, and API + MCP access. Scale adds unlimited connected social channels, agency-wide KPIs, and a dedicated success manager. Most growing agencies pick Agency.

Can you help us migrate from other tools?

Yes. On annual Agency and Scale plans, done-for-you migration is included free - the exact scope depends on how much data and storage you need us to move, so email noam@timeliner.io for a personal quote and a time estimate. On every monthly plan it is a one-time white-glove service, starting at $450 and usually up to $1,000 depending on the size and complexity of the move. Either way we bring your projects, versions and comments across without breaking production.

What counts as a "seat"?

A seat is a team member - editors, supervisors, or PMs. Clients never need a seat: invite unlimited clients for free. Add seats anytime from your settings for $10/mo each ($8.50/mo on annual billing), and each one adds 250 GB of storage. Changes apply immediately with prorated billing - no contracts or penalties.

Do my clients need to create an account?

Accepted Answer

No. Clients get a magic link - it opens their branded portal where they watch, leave frame-accurate comments, and approve or request changes. No login, no password, no training. Client seats are free and unlimited on every plan.

How is this different from Frame.io, ClickUp or Metricool?

Is there a file-size cap? What formats are supported?

No file-size caps - built for 4K and RAW. MP4, MOV, R3D, BRAW, MXF, plus images, audio, PDFs and project files (PSD, AEP, PRPROJ). Clients download finals at full resolution; you can lock downloads per role.

Can clients see internal comments or editor names?

Never. Clients only see what you share: internal threads, editor identities and pay rates stay with your team. Supervisors gate what reaches the client, and you can disable downloads for any role.

Does it work in other languages?

Yes. Timeliner runs in 10 languages - English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Dutch, French, Hindi, Punjabi, Hebrew and Arabic - and client notifications go out in each client's own language. Right-to-left scripts like Hebrew and Arabic render natively, a common ask from our MENA agencies.

Can I only review videos, or also images and documents?
