Fix intro timing
Trusted by video teams in 20+ countries
Built for how video teams actually work
Not another PM tool. Every feature fixes something that's actually broken.
Timecoded Media Review
Review videos with frame-accurate timestamped comments, range selections, on-screen drawings, and voice memos. Upload images, docs, and audio files too - your whole creative pipeline reviewed in one place. No more WhatsApp voice notes about "that part around 2 minutes in."
Replaces: Frame.io, Vimeo Review, Filestage
One-Click WhatsApp & Slack Approvals
Clients get a WhatsApp or email notification with a direct link to review and approve - one click, done. No more copy-pasting links or chasing "looks good" replies.
Replaces: Email threads, WhatsApp
Project Management
See every editor's workload, every client's approval status, and every deadline -in one view. Not five tabs across three tools.
Replaces: ClickUp, Monday, Trello

Built-In Client ↔ Editor Separation
Clients review and approve through their portal - they never see editor names, internal comments, or pay rates. Editors get assignments and feedback on their dashboard. Toggle on Internal Review so nothing reaches the client until a supervisor signs off.
Replaces: Hoping nobody DMs your client on Slack
Version Control
No more Final_v3_REALLY_FINAL.mp4. Every version tracked, compared, and restorable. One click to see what changed.
Replaces: Dropbox, Google Drive
Payment Tracking
See who owes you and what you owe editors -across every project. No more cross-referencing spreadsheets at the end of the month.
Replaces: Google Sheets, Excel

Built by editors who lived the chaos at 700 videos a month.

If you run a video team you know the feeling. A client pings WhatsApp at 11pm. The editor uploaded the wrong cut. The spreadsheet says you're owed $4k but you can't remember which project. I lived that for 8 years.
I started editing at 13, self-taught off YouTube. By 21 I had a full agency. During COVID we shipped 700 videos a month with 10 editors, working with brands like Suzuki.
Then it broke. Not the team, the operations. WhatsApp, ClickUp, Monday, Frame, Drive, spreadsheets. A $20K dev failure. A payment dispute that almost killed us.
No one was building the operations layer for video teams. Frame owns review. ClickUp owns tasks. Nothing connected them, or showed who got paid, who missed deadlines, who was actually profitable. So I started building it myself.
Then Dan joined. He's a tech genius - the kind of engineer who turns whiteboard sketches into shipped product in days. The dreams I'd been drawing on glass for years, he turns into real software. We've been building Timeliner side by side ever since.
“This is the system that would’ve saved my agency at peak.”
The boring parts done right.
Permissions, storage, and the integrations your stack already runs on. The infrastructure people usually find out about when something breaks.
Smart Permissions
Editors only see tasks they're tagged on. Clients never see who edited their video or any internal comments. Only supervisors and admins can move work into client approval.
Fast, secure storage built in.
Deliverables, in-review cuts, and raw project assets all live in Timeliner. Drag full camera dumps into the project. Clients download finals at full resolution.
Built to plug in.
Approvals fire to WhatsApp, Slack, and email the moment a cut is ready. Webhooks and a REST API wire Timeliner into Zapier, n8n, or your own tooling.

Quotes we couldn’t make up.
A game-changer for video production management. My favorite part is the KPIs and editor tracking — it's great to see performance at a high level when managing the team. The small touches matter too: when a brand looks at their own portfolio they see all their social links and creative briefs held inside the platform. Parent task organization is hugely beneficial for our workflow. Timeliner helped us organize better, set KPIs, and track editor performance — we're meeting deadlines now, and the Slack integration improved our client communication.
The variants feature lets us produce 4 short-form cuts plus a main video and thumbnail from one raw shoot inside a single parent task, instead of fragmenting across Frame.io and ClickUp. And WhatsApp approvals means collaborators don't have to log in. For our brand content workflow, that alone cut approval cycle time meaningfully.
Replaced ClickUp, Frame, and Google Sheets. We used to lose track of which client owed what, which editor was free, and where the latest version lived. Now my 8 editors and I run everything from one dashboard. Last month we onboarded 3 new clients without hiring.
Timeliner consolidates all my workflow processes — internal and external — into one place. I was previously using frame.io, ClickUp, and Google Drive. Now everything is seamless: reviewing videos, gathering client feedback, communicating revisions to my editors, all without juggling apps.
Cut our revision rounds in half. Clients used to send feedback over WhatsApp voice notes. Now they click on the exact frame and type. We went from 5 revision rounds to 2 on average.
Approvals are sent through WhatsApp and it's so easy to handle. Clients get their videos at the right time without needing any interaction from me. I'm just left with approving the video.
