Hero film v3A game-changer for video production management. My favorite part is the KPIs and editor tracking - it's great to see performance at a high level when managing the team. The small touches matter too: when a brand looks at their own portfolio they see all their social links and creative briefs held inside the platform. Parent task organization is hugely beneficial for our workflow. Timeliner helped us organize better, set KPIs, and track editor performance - we're meeting deadlines now, and the Slack integration improved our client communication.
The variants feature lets us produce 4 short-form cuts plus a main video and thumbnail from one raw shoot inside a single parent task, instead of fragmenting across Frame.io and ClickUp. And WhatsApp approvals means collaborators don't have to log in. For our brand content workflow, that alone cut approval cycle time meaningfully.
Replaced ClickUp, Frame, and Google Sheets. We used to lose track of which client owed what, which editor was free, and where the latest version lived. Now my 8 editors and I run everything from one dashboard. Last month we onboarded 3 new clients without hiring.
Timeliner consolidates all my workflow processes - internal and external - into one place. I was previously using frame.io, ClickUp, and Google Drive. Now everything is seamless: reviewing videos, gathering client feedback, communicating revisions to my editors, all without juggling apps.
Cut our revision rounds in half. Clients used to send feedback over WhatsApp voice notes. Now they click on the exact frame and type. We went from 5 revision rounds to 2 on average.
Approvals are sent through WhatsApp and it's so easy to handle. Clients get their videos at the right time without needing any interaction from me. I'm just left with approving the video.
