How long does my referral link track?

The tracking cookie lasts 60 days. Your coupon code works forever — if someone uses your code at checkout, you're credited even if they never clicked your link.

Does the 10% discount stack with other promos?

No — one promotion code per checkout. Your code gives your referral 10% off, and you earn 15% of what they actually pay.

Do I have to be a Timeliner customer to join?

What counts as a qualifying content piece?

An honest comparison, workflow breakdown, or review showing a real workflow — video on YouTube or Instagram, video or static-image post on LinkedIn — with your link and code included, live for at least 30 days. After 30 days you send the link and an analytics screenshot to your account manager, and we pay once based on real views and engagement, up to $1,500. You get the full brief when you pitch.

Can I refer myself or my own workspace?

No — self-referrals and coupon-stuffing your own subscription aren't eligible and will be voided.

What happens if a referral cancels?

You earn on every invoice they pay. If they cancel, payouts for that customer stop — if they come back later, standard attribution rules in the portal apply.

What about taxes and invoices?

You're an independent partner — payout statements are available in the portal, and you handle your own tax reporting.
