A new Transcript tab on any video task generates a transcription on demand. Select words right in the transcript to leave a comment, and it highlights the exact range — turning the transcript into a precise feedback surface.

• Custom "Select" columns — create your own colored-pill columns (e.g. Pre-Production / Production / Post-Production), then rename, recolor, reorder, and delete options.
• Group toggle — group any list or kanban board by Status or any custom pill/priority column, and drag cards between groups to set their value. Your choice is remembered per board.

Project docs now support true real-time co-editing — multiple people in the same doc at once, with live presence and no more conflict banners or lost edits. You can also right-click video blocks inside a doc to cut, copy, delete, or comment.
